Since then, author Kevin McGimpsey has been asked to value countless Golf Ball Collections and individual lots as both an independent golf antiquities consultant and representing Bonhams 1793 auction house.
The original book was always the starting point for the necessary research, but since its publication almost twenty years ago the golf antiquities market has evolved and previously unknown antique golf balls have been identified.
