Golf Operators Handbook.
United States of America: National Golf Foundation, 1956. Unlisted booklet, not in D&J. More
Annuals and yearbooks contain much detailed information, tournaments, players, advertisments etc.. not found anywhere else. They can provide invaulable reference, the longest running yearbook is the golfers handbook, early edition's are very scarce.
We suspect handbooks would in general not be kept for long periods as they became out of date making aquiring any pre 1940 books hard to find and thus more rewarding when one does.
