As Park wrote as the title for his first chapter: "The Man who can Putt is a match for anyone." "Copyright 1921 reserved by Donald Mathieson" Additional page bound in "Supplied by The Golf Printing & Publishing Co Edinburgh." Appears the US printing was also sold in the UK, without the extra page.
