Pp. xvi+252, frontispiece with tissue guard, plus 100 plates, text figures, rules of golf, index; dark blue pictorial cloth, lettered and decorated in gilt, a trifle flecked and rubbed, spine faded and with short split at head; t.e.g., others uncut and partly unopened; tiny split to fore-edge of upper free end paper, a little light foxing, offsetting, and occasional slight soiling.
